Barbis is art space for individuals and teams to get messy (barbis in Arabic means mess) with paints, pencils, glue, ink, brushes, crayons or whatever you find at studio to explore your creativity.
The concept behind the logo was pretty straight forward, it was combination of letter b in Latin alphabet and same letter in Arabic. Combination of the two letters was further stylized to look like hand with pointed finger. Our index finger is first thing that we use to create something when nothing else is around us, it’s human’s primary way to make something, so it’s used as part of logo.
But, the whole concept comes to life when is actually used next to other elements, as can be seen in examples below.
